Does CBD Help Anxiety?

Typically, we don’t think of anxiety as a positive thing, but the reason so many of us have anxiety is that a long time ago, we all needed these responses. They stem from the flight or fight response. So when you’re being chased by a tiger, your body needs to feel a certain amount of fear to ensure survival. However, nowadays, most of us aren’t being chased by tigers. We’ve kept the fear response, but most of us aren’t actually afraid of anything that’s happening. We are anxious about how we have imagined the future might play out. This is why so many of us have anxiety disorders.
